Thalric Broadwell

Thalric Broadwell was once a prosperous tavern landlord, beloved by many for his charisma and business acumen. His establishment, known as “The Golden Tankard,” was a hub of laughter, music, and friendship.

A well travelled man, he was caught in a fierce storm at sea and shipwrecked on the mysterious shores of Tidefall with nothing but the clothes on his back and a keepsake from his tavern. Now, he must use his charm, strength, and fighting prowess to survive and carve out a new destiny in this strange land.

Gral the Mountain

A towering figure, hails from the mountain villages of the north where strength and endurance are prized above all. Born to half-orc parents, at the remarkable age of 13 he lifted the Kharnak Stone, becoming the youngest chosen man in his tribe. By 16 he could raise the colossal slab of granite high over his head with ease, earning him his mighty name and leading to whispered rumours he was descended from giants.

In combat, he is ferocious and wild. Prone to the red rage, a bloody berserker wrath that is common among his people. He fights to control that rage and exercise the beast inside.

Finding no man remaining to challenge him in combat, Gral left the isolated community of the peaks beginning an endless pilgrimage to prove himself as the strongest warrior in the land. The ship he was on was sucked into the Storm and he found himself shipwrecked on the coast of Tidefall, a new land of challenges.

Valeria was once a noble of an influencial family but after a political coup she was imprisoned. Her entire house was stripped of their titles and everyone she ever trusted was either killed or imprisoned. Sold as a slave who refused to capitulate, she found her way to the fighting pits and became a gladiator in the far provinces.

Known for her strength and skill in the arena she eventually won her freedom. However, on her way back to her homeland, her ship got caught in a storm and she was stranded on the shores of Tidefall where she will do anything to regain her families honour.

Lysandra Starfire was born with a dangerous raw talent for magic. From a young age, her extraordinary abilities caught the attention of the Arcane Academy. She trained under the guidance of esteemed wizards who tried to help her control her gift. However, her thirst for knowledge led her to experiment with forbidden magics.

She was expelled, a curse of silence placed upon on her, preventing her from using magic. She was exiled and boarded a vessel bound for new civilizations. After an unnatural storm at sea, she awoke on Tidefall to find her powers and voice mysteriously returning.

Her ambition and daring led her to attempt a grand theft against the tribe’s chieftain, seeking to claim the chieftain’s prized treasure for herself. However, she was caught in the act and faced harsh consequences.

Exiled from her home and set adrift at sea as punishment, Vrixa’s fate seemed grim.
The currents carried out deep into the sea where she came upon a large human ship and managed to hook her little raft to the back. Unfortunately the boat was destroyed by a great storm and she found herself wrecked alongside other travellers on the shores of Tidefall, a foreign and unfamiliar land.

Aric Windrider, is the last of his people. His homeland was overrun by dark forces, and consumed by a mysterious storm while he was away. Left with nothing but the clothes on his back and a burning desire for vengeance, Aric took to the wilderness, honing his skills in the shadows and learning the ways of survival and stealth.

Despite his hardened exterior, Aric possesses a deep sense of justice and a desire to protect the innocent, driven by the memory of those he lost. Aric boarded a ship in the hope of getting near to the storm around Tidefall and understanding it’s origin. The vessel was destroyed and he found himself washed up on the shores of an unfamiliar land.

Using his guild contacts Alistair set out on a journey to expand his understanding of ancient magics, hoping to bridge the gap between his theoretical knowledge and practical application. Unfortunately the first ship he took was wrecked by the storm leaving him marooned on Tidefall.
