It’s been over one month of Tidefall Alpha!
Since launching in May, many of you have plunged headlong into the Storm. You’ve taken your first steps onto the island, explored Ebstone, met its people, and encountered its monsters.
You’ve filled our Discord with playthroughs, theories, feedback, bug reports, ideas, and the kind of enthusiasm that keeps the whole team pushing forward. Seeing the community take shape around Tidefall has been one of the most rewarding parts of the launch, and we’re incredibly grateful for the energy you’ve brought to it.
Now, we’re excited to show you what’s coming soon:

- New Region: Sarnath City – 7th July
- New Region: Sarn Valley – 21st July

- Save slots
Unlimited play for subscribers. First, we’re very pleased to let you know that subscriptions now include unlimited turns. This was one of our biggest goals for the alpha and thanks to amazing work from the team and community, we were able to bring it to subscribers much sooner than planned. All subscribers have been upgraded.
New playable characters. As the only playable character, Gral has been at the heart of every game so far. But soon you’ll be able to play as a new adventurer, new playable character options starting with Enyo Kaeluma, Calas of Wynn, and Maelis Draven. Each brings their own history, strengths, weaknesses, and place in the world.



Custom Character Creator. After that, custom characters will be next, which will include the release of Tidefall’s new magic systems we call Maelweaving and Nekramancy — more on this soon!
Save slots. As the game expands, getting your character killed gets a bit more annoying. We’ve been working on save slots, allowing you to save your game when you are in a safe location, such as a tavern.
Founders can collaborate with our creative team to design their very own character or creature to fit the lore and world of Tidefall. This is something we’ve been excited about since the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what you create with us.
It’s been a big month for the team, and we’re only just getting started.
Sarnath City arrives on 7th July


Escaping Ebstone doesn’t make things easier, the capital is under lockdown, storm cults are spreading fear, soldiers are stamping out corruption and being Storm-Touched may make you either a suspect, a weapon, or something far worse.

Sarn Valley arrives on 21st July


Enter the war-torn heart of the Southern Province, where the Sarnath army is stuck in a deadlocked siege and espionage may matter more than steel. Push alone into hostile territory, uncover the unhinged plots of the Palemen, and survive the conflicts tearing the valley apart.
Sarn Valley continues the main campaign and opens up a huge open new stretch of Tidefall, bringing more stories, locations, characters, music, and art to the world.
